Product Description

The FTA-850L is 6-watt, advanced portable airband transceiver that combines communication and navigation with glide slope features. Wireless bluetooth technology allows operation with a bluetooth enabled headset, or using the optional SSM-BT10 headset from Yaesu. The 2.4-inch, full color TFT display provides enhanced navigation system, including ILS, VOR, and GPS. The tough polycarbonate housing meets the IPX5 water-proof rating while a high capacity 2,200 mAh lithium-ion battery keeps this advanced NAV/COMM radio going strong all day. This unit stores up to 400 memory channels, a sixty-six channel integrated WAAS GPS receiver, as well as NOAA weather receiver and alert channels.

This FTA-850L aviation radio (EDMO# FTA-850L) is packaged with a high capacity lithium-ion battery, 12VDC charger/power cable, drop-in charging cradle, backup alkaline battery tray, and a heavy-duty belt clip.
