EDMO Distributors, Inc. will only participate in lawful international transactions using the U.S. Bureau of Industry
and Security's (BIS) suggested Export Management System (EMS) as a guideline and souce. The EMS will be developed,
maintained, and referenced by all EDMO employees involved in any form of export transactions.
Under no circumstances will transactions be made by or on behalf of EDMO Distributors, Inc. contrary to U.S. export
regulations. Proper compliance screening policies and procedures will be followed to ensure due diligence of all
exports.
