EDMO maintains a quality system that ensures our service; support and products meet all of our contractual requirements. Our quality system is continually evaluated and improved so that we maintain the highest level of quality within our company. The management has given the authority and the responsibility to the Quality Manager to ensure that Edmo's quality system is implemented, maintained and followed throughout our company.

Quality is the responsibility of every employee here at EDMO. All employees are encouraged and empowered to recommend improvements to our quality system, record and identify problems of quality nonconformance and recommend solutions. The management has personnel trained to accomplish internal audits to ensure that our quality system is in accordance with the standard defined in ISO9001:2000.

The evaluation and review of our quality system is conducted by the quality team once per quarter. The minutes of our quality meetings are documented and include, date, participants, action items and assignments, results of internal audits, results of corrective actions, and all decisions made concerning these items. The quality meetings also include a review of our quality objectives, accomplishments and goals.
